User Guide – Getting Started
The Zambia 360 Data Access and Sharing Portal is a powerful health data platform for stakeholders to retrieve, analyze, and share vital health information. Follow these steps to begin using the system effectively.
1. Login Page
Once your account has been verified and activated, you will be notified via email. Use your submitted username and password to log in to the platform.
2. Sign Up
Sign up for an account and submit your attestation letter via the email button that appears on the modal dialog after successful registration.
3. Landing Page
After logging in, you’ll land on the main dashboard. Use the buttons “Full Datasets” and “Specific Datasets Variables” to explore or download datasets.
4. Specific Datasets Variables
To download only specific variables of interest, click on “Specific Datasets Variables” to access more targeted dataset filters.
5. Choose Category
Begin by selecting a dataset category, such as HIV, Malaria, or Immunization. Each category reveals specific datasets available.
6. Select Dataset Type
After choosing a category, select a specific dataset type. The interface will dynamically show relevant datasets under that category.
7. Download Variables
Finally, select the variables you want and hit the “Download” button. Your data will be available in your preferred format.
